Springer reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). Kindly follow these Springer Policy on Plagiarism.
Submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review for any other publication. Papers found to be plagiarized during any stage of review shall be rejected. As per copyright transfer agreement, authors are deemed to be individually and collectivelyresponsible for the content of manuscripts published by them. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respectto plagiarism.
ICETET 2023 proceedings will be published by Conference Publishing Services and presented papers will be included in Springer journal provided it meets all the requirements as per Springer policy.
Proceedings will be made available during the conference.
