About NRCM

Narsimha Reddy Engineering College (NRCM) is promoted & managed under the inspiring & dynamic Chairmanship of Sri. J. Narsimha Reddy and a fleet of dedicated members. This is the first institution belonging to JAKKULA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY was established in 2007 to serve the people of this backward region of the state of Andhra Pradesh (India). This institution is developed strictly in accordance with the provisions of governing rules & regulations of the approving bodies.

We, at NRCM aspire to establish a system of quality assurance on a continuous basis evaluation, monitoring the quality of education and training imparted at the institute. We strive for improvising teaching – learning process to make NRCM the centre of Excellence.

This institute is built up on the spacious campus, aesthetically & articulately designed with lush green gardens & landscape. The ideally architectured buildings in the campus add to the overall beauty & elegance of our institute. It provides an ideal ambience to the budding engineers to shape their career, by imbibing knowledge under the careful observation of the Principal & the dedicated faculty.

The institute has total built up area of around 200000 sq ft., with well-designed airy Classrooms, Laboratories, Seminar hall, Conference hall & Administrative section. The built up area is well above the requirement, prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The overall idea is to make place of learning more comfortable, convenient & idea for the students. The management has a vision to convert general classrooms into E-classrooms, soon.

This institute is ideally located at Maisamma Guda, Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy District and is just at a distance of 15 km from Secunderabad. This institute is well connected by RTC Buses. Our College buses are available from the twin cities Secunderabad and Hyderabad to the College.

Imparting quality education and shaping the personalities of younger generation which is the prime component of human power. Tailoring the existing programmes so as to meet the requirements of the industry concerned, state, nation and the world as a whole. As the buzz words in the Industry environment across the world are “Information and Communication Technology” (ICT), it is Intended to start the courses in this field and produce the quality engineers.

Since the industry sector provides the back bone for development of any country, the objective of the institution is to generate the graduates to suit the industrial requirements. To fill the perception gap between the expectations of industry and preferences of academia through industry institute cell – by organizing interactive sessions in the campus by Industry personnel, workshops in the campus on the latest trends in technology and to arrange internship for the progressing Engineers during summer in the industries which lead to many projects at the end of the third year B.Tech (As per JNTUH norms)

As the university is bringing changes in the regulations and curriculum, objective is to reach excellence by adhering to the university norms, schedules, etc.

In addition to imparting basic life skills and achieving the academic excellence, the prime objective of NRCM is to employ innovative teaching and learning methods that carry an emphasis on ever changing technological trends by integrating class room teaching with real time work experience in the industry concerned or in related professional domain.

NRCM, encourages students towards research and innovation practices. Apart from PG, UG students are also encouraged and given opportunity to get involved in research efforts. The student is required to present the body of work in an objective report and demonstration thereby enabling their critical thinking abilities in problem solving. During the Pre final year, the student will learn how to: Develop a research proposal Carry out a literature search and write a critical state-of-art review select suitable research methods and integrate them within a research methodology carry out the research processes Analyze results critically write-up the body of work as a technical report outcomes: Also in recent past, students worked on research problems floated with some of the foreign collaborators, have achieved significant success resulting in joint-authored scientific papers. UG and PG students have published more than 25 SCOPUS indexed publications and filed 6 patents in last 5 years from these efforts.
