Dr. P. Dileep Kumar Reddy is currently serving as Professor & Dean – R&D, IPR, and IIC at Narasimha Reddy Engineering College (UGC Autonomous), Hyderabad. He earned his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur, graduating with first-class distinction in 2010. He completed his M.Tech in Software Engineering from the same institute in 2012, also with first-class distinction, and was awarded a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering by JNTUA, Anantapur in 2018. Dr. Reddy pursued Post-Doctoral research at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, USA, during 2022–2023.
With extensive teaching and research experience, Dr. Reddy has published 51 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals (SCI-E, Scopus/WoS, and UGC Care List), along with 17 papers in international and 4 in national conferences. He has chaired 10 technical programs, guided 56 UG and PG projects, authored 5 textbooks, and filed 9 patents—2 of which have been granted. He has successfully secured research funding of ₹91,44,429 from prestigious agencies such as DST, SERB, CSIR, and AICTE.
Dr. Reddy serves on the editorial board of 4 reputed journals and holds life memberships in professional bodies including ISTE, CSI, IEI, MIEEE, IAENG, CSTA, UACEE, LBSS, and IACSIT. His accolades include the ‘Institution of Engineers (India) Young Engineers Award 2022–23’ in the Computer Engineering discipline, the Best Researcher Award (twice) from CSI Hyderabad Chapter (2023 and 2024), the Young Scientist Award in Computer Science and Engineering from Venus International Research Awards (VIRA), and the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam - Best Young Scientist Award. His research interests span Data Science, Cloud Computing, Network Security, and Software Engineering.
