To establish a multi-disciplinary advanced Research & Development Center in Engineering Sciences and to provide an atmosphere of open inquiry and academic freedom where individuals can take part in scholarly activities.
Mision
- To nurture an environment of undertaking socially relevant research with potential for commercialization
- To support industry-oriented research leading to new ideas, technologies and products
- To focus on convergence on interdisciplinary research
- To create culture of start-ups and entrepreneurship by establishing of Institutional Research Park
- To develop a hub of proactive patenting and protection of IPR
