Sri J. Narsimha Reddy is the founder and Chairman of Narsimha Reddy Engineering College (NRCM) who has been striving with a burning desire for spreading education in rural India. His vision is to create a destination for higher education where learners can be transformed into achievers. 

He strongly believes academic excellence along with co-curricular and extra co-curricular activities completes the process of education.

He is confident that his dedicated faculty will serve as teachers, coaches, advisors, mentors and friends that fosters creative thinking and innovation that will change the quality of our students life who in turn will be responsible nation builders.
