Functions:
The functions of the IQAC encompass various activities aimed at promoting and enhancing quality within the institution. These include:
- Develops standard operating procedures for academic and administrative tasks.
- Establishes benchmarks for course outcomes (COs) and program outcomes (POs).
- Organizes quarterly meetings to review departmental progress on CO-PO attainment,research, and placement activities.
- Tracks the implementation of action plans from previous meetings.
- Facilitates implementation of innovative teaching-learning methodologies
- Coordinates activities related to audits, acceptations and documentations for NBA/NAAC
- Prepares reports showcasing institutional achievements and distinctiveness
- Supports student-led innovation and entrepreneurship activities
- Collects, analyzes, and maintains records of institutional data such as result analysis, faculty feedback, and attainment reports
- Prepares and submits AQAR to NAAC and other relevant bodies
- Identifies, documents, and disseminates best practices across departments
- Engages students in decision-making processes through surveys and feedback mechanisms
